Privacy notice on the protection of personal data
This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 6698) to inform people who use the contact form on egenil.store.

Personal data processed
The name, email address, organization (optional), subject and message you submit through the contact form.
The date and time of submission and the IP address it was sent from are kept in the server log for security and abuse prevention.
Purposes
Answering your request, evaluating proposal and information requests, contacting you and keeping a record of the correspondence.
Legal basis
Data is processed under Article 5(2)(c) of the Law (being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract) and Article 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest of the data controller), upon ticking the consent box in the form.
Transfers
Your data is shared only with the email and hosting provider, to the extent the service requires. It is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes and is not sold.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed to conclude your request and follow up on any correspondence; where no legal retention obligation applies, it is deleted on your request.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn whether it is used in line with its purpose, request correction, deletion or destruction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and object to processing.
Requests can be sent to bilgi@egenilteleferik.com.tr and are answered within thirty days at the latest.
